I have made an investment 6 days ago, but the amount is still not reflected in my account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, and the only response I receive is to “wait,” without any clear explanation or timeframe.

 

This delay is unacceptable. Please check my case urgently and inform me of the exact reason for the delay and when my investment will be credited to my account.

 

I expect a clear and prompt response.
